Dr. Tenisha Mitchell-Lambert, Lifestyle Medicine Physician and Founder of the clinic Integrative Interactive Health, is our special guest for this episode of the Plant-Based Canada Podcast.
Dr. Tenisha Mitchell-Lambert, also affectionately known online as Dr. Tenisha, received her Medical degree from Loma Linda University and is a Family Physician with a Masters in Lifestyle Medicine. This dual training allows her to not only focus on the pharmaceutical treatments for chronic illness, but also the impact of lifestyle factors like diet and exercise. She is passionate about promoting good health through dietary choices, exercise and stress management, which she does in the office as well as in the community. She is a strong believer in people-care, recognizing that health conditions encompass physical, emotional, psychological and spiritual aspects.
