In this episode of the Plant-Based Canada Podcast we chat with Tara Gallimore, Registered Dietitian and Canadian expert in plant-based sports nutrition. She earned a bachelor’s of Kinesiology; played soccer for 10 years; is certified by Excellence Sportive de l’île de Montréal (ESIM); and teaches sports nutrition at a couple of different circus schools across Canada and the United States.
Tara founded Plantae Nutrition to help vegan, vegetarian, and veggie-curious active people and athletes of all levels achieve their performance goals while maintaining a healthy relationship with food.
